Abstract:

针对异形盾构工法的国内外研究现状,从模型试验研究、施工扰动土体位移特征和衬砌结构受力特征等方面进行阐述,并从土体扰动机理、地面沉降控制技术和防止盾构机旋转技术、异形盾构在深埋地铁车站中的应用等4个方面进行分析。分析异形盾构施工控制技术及其应用,介绍异形盾构工法在过街通道、地铁隧道和城市隧道中的应用实例,对其研究动向及应用前景作进一步展望。
This paper describes the domestic and foreign researches with shield methods, from the model test, construction disturbance displacement characteristics of soil and lining structure characteristics. The construction control technology and its application of the special shaped shield were analyzed through soil disturbance mechanism, ground surface settlement control technology, rotation control technique of shield machine and application of the non-circular shield in deep buried metro station. The study introduced the application examples of non-circular shield methods in the underpass, subway tunnel, city tunnel, and the research trends and application prospects were discussed
