Abstract:

隧道爆破施工时,炮孔密集系数M直接影响爆破质量的好坏。为了获得最佳密集系数,依托武汉地铁2号线工程实例,运用ANSYS数值分析软件,在保证其他条件相同的条件下,建立了密集系数M为0.5,0.625,0.75,0.875和1.0时的三维模型。通过分析关键部位的应力值大小及分布规律,确定M最佳为0.75~0.875。
In tunnel blasting engineering, the coefficient of close hole spacing directly affects the blasting quality. In order to obtain the optimal coefficient of close hole spacing, the paper established 3D model of the coefficient M of 0.5, 0.625, 0.75, 0875, 1.0 on the basis of the practical engineering of Wuhan metro line two by using the numerical analysis software -ANSYS. Through the comparative analysis of stress value and the regulation of stress in the key parts, this paper obtained the optimal M which is among 0.75 ~ 0.875
