通过外包活性粉末混凝土型钢梁抗弯性能试验研究

Abstract:
基于三榀外包活性粉末混凝土型钢简支梁的抗弯性能试验,观察试件的破坏过程、裂缝的分布与开展情况、挠度的变化特点和试件的破坏形态,得到外包活性粉末混凝土型钢梁试件的承载能力、典型荷载-挠度曲线和混凝土及型钢沿梁跨中截面高度的应变值;分析试件的的承载能力特征、荷载-挠度曲线发展的阶段性特点和梁跨中混凝土及型钢应变的分布规律,推导外包活性粉末混凝土型钢梁开裂荷载及正截面抗弯极限承载能力的计算公式。研究结果可为外包活性粉末混凝土型钢梁正截面抗弯的有关进一步理论计算提供试验数据和理论依据,为外包活性粉末混凝土型钢梁构件的进一步精细化研究打下基础。
Based on the bending experiment of 3 steel reinforced high-strength wrapped by reactive power concrete (SRHSWRPC) specimens of simply supported beams, the failure process, crack development mode, deflection deformation characteristics and failure mode were observed. The loading capacity of SRHSWRPC, the typical load-deflection curves of SRHSWRPC beam as well as strain values of concrete and steel along the height of mid-span section were obtained. Then loading capacity characteristic, phased characteristic of load- deflection curve development and distribution law of strain of concrete and steel in the mid-span section were analyzed. The formulae for the calculation of cracking load and normal section compression strength of SRHSWRPC were deduced. The research achievements will provide experimental data and a theoretical support for theoretical calculation of cross-section flexural properties of SRHSWRPC beams, and also will provide the foundation of further meticulous research on SRHSHPC beams
