基于合作博弈的建设工程项目招投标合谋条件分析

以合作博弈作为分析工具，建立一个招投标过程中，招标代理机构与投标人合谋现象能够存在所必须满足的协调博弈模型。并结合实际情况，对此博弈模型进行相对应的分析和讨论。从破坏协调博弈模型的角度，提出减少合谋发生的对策，为建设工程项目招投标合谋研究提供一种定性的方法。
By applying cooperative game theory as an analytical tool, this paper set up a coordination game model, which can meet the condition of biding agency and bidder collusion in the biding procedure. In combination with the practical situation, the game model was then analyzed and discussed. The countermeasures for decreasing the occurrence of conspiracy was put forward from the perspective of the destruction of the coordination game model, which can provide a qualitative method to solve the problem of the construction project bidding collusion
