地铁区域集中供冷应用实例研究

Abstract:
以深圳前海自贸区地铁设计为工程实例,从项目实际情况出发,分别进行集中供冷和分站供冷的经济性和技术可行性的比较分析。结果表明:分散供冷和集中供冷均可满足各车站冷源的需求,但集中设置供冷站可减少对城市环境的影响,对城市规划和管理有利。采用集中供冷方案,约2 a就可回收增加的初投资,且集中供冷总的设备少,后期维护工作量少,便于集中维护管理,具有明显的经济优势。
Taking Shenzhen Qianhai free trade district as an example, this paper conducted comparative analysis between centralized and dispersive cooling supply in terms of economical and technological feasibility. The result shows that both centralized and dispersive cooling supply can satisfy the need of different stations for cooling. But centralized cooling supply can help reduce the bad impact on the environment. It is also good for city planning and administration. The adoption of centralized cooling plan, can recover the original investment within 2 years. Since centralized cooling supply needs less equipments and maintenance, it has distinct economic advantages
