Abstract:

为研究不同荷载作用下重载铁路连续刚构桥与轨道系统相互作用规律,建立 (108+180+108)m重载铁路连续刚构桥与轨道系统一体化仿真模型。考虑梁轨非线性接触,研究温度荷载、竖向活载、列车制动、不均匀沉降以及地震荷载作用下重载铁路连续刚构桥与轨道系统受力特性,计算系统动力特性。研究结果表明:温度荷载和竖向活载作用下,钢轨应力包络图呈对称分布,而列车制动作用下,钢轨应力包络图呈反对称分布,地震荷载作用下,钢轨应力包络图呈“双菱形”;最大钢轨应力(除不均匀沉降)均位于桥台附近,不均匀沉降作用时,出现在边跨跨中;地震荷载作用下,墩顶水平力最大值达到8 683.0 kN;不均匀沉降作用会造成较大的钢轨竖向位移,影响列车运行安全;连续刚构桥与轨道系统地震响应与地震波类型有关。
For the study on interaction between continuous rigid-frame bridge and track under different load , a simulation model for (108+180+108) m large-span continuous rigid frame bridge and track interaction model under heavy haul load railway was established. The nonlinear contact of beam and rail was considered. The interaction between large-span continuous rigid-frame bridge and track was revealed under the action of thermal effects, live load, train braking, uneven settlement and an earthquake. The results show that envelope of rail stress is symmetrically distributed under the loads of thermal effects and live load, while the envelope of rail stress of braking is inverse symmetry and the envelope of rail stress of an earthquake is just like " double diamond ".The maximal rail stress caused by thermal effects, live load, train braking, and an earthquake is near the abutment, but the maximal rail stress caused by uneven settlement is near the middle of side span. The maximal pier top horizontal force of an earthquake is 8683.0kN.
