Abstract:

为了研究薄板的受弯性能,对不同碳纤维织物掺量下的织物增强PE纤维增强UHPC薄板进行4点弯曲试验,并对浸胶后的织物以及UHPFRC(PE)进行材性试验。参考钢筋活性粉末混凝土梁受弯破坏的分析方法,结合试验结果对薄板受弯的破坏过程与破坏形式进行理论分析。提出受弯破坏和界限破坏、受压破坏3种破坏形式下极限弯矩的预测公式。讨论织物在薄板受弯破坏过程中受拉作用时的折减系数。
In order to study the flexure resistance of slabs, this paper carried out four-point bending tests on the textile reinforced DE-fiber-reinforced UHPC slabs strengthened with different layers of carbon fiber fabric, and the properties of the textile and UHPFRC (PE) were tested. The failure process and the failure modes of the bending process of the slab were analyzed theoretically based on the analysis of the bending failure of the reactive powder concrete beam reinforced with steel and the results of the experiments. The theoretical calculation of the three failure modes were deduced, including bending failure, boundary failure, and compression failure. The reduction coefficient of the fabric during the bending failure process of the slab was discussed
