基于工序简化的分部开挖隧道施工方法适应性研究

Abstract:
为改善软弱围岩条件下,CRD法在浅埋暗挖隧道施工中存在的围岩扰动次数多、工序转化复杂、施工进度慢及施工操作空间狭小等问题,使其能够更好地应用于分部开挖隧道。以杭州市某分部开挖隧道暗挖试验段为研究对象,基于对技术、工期与经济、环境与社会效益的分析,在保证综合效益最大化的基础上对CRD工法进行工序优化研究得到上台阶中隔壁施工工法。采用理论分析与数值模拟计算的手段,揭示新工法下围岩变形特征与支护结构受力特性,最后通过对试验段现场监测数据的分析,验证上台阶中隔壁施工工法的可靠性,为本工法在该暗挖段的推广应用奠定了基础,也为今后类似分部开挖隧道工程施工提供借鉴与指导。
The ultilization of CRD method in shallow tunnel construction under weaken surrounding rock masses faces various problems, which include frequent disturbing of the surrounding rock mass, transformation process complex, construction progress slow, narrow construction operating space and etc. In order to improve the problems and make it better apply to steep-wise excavation tunnel, this paper took a test section of a certain step-wise excavation tunnel in Hangzhou as the research object. Based on the benefit analysis of technology, construction period and economy, environment and society, the original CRD and get Up Cross Diagram method were optimized on the basis of guaranteeing the comprehensive benefit maximization. Revealing the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and the supporting structure stress characteristics under the new method by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculation. Finally, through the analysis of monitoring data in the test section, verified the reliability of Up Cross Diagram method. Successful application in the test section not only lays the foundation for popularization in this hidden digging section,but also provides future reference and guidance for the similar step-wise excavation tunnel constructio
