基于低碳经济视角的多模式快递物流服务网络优化研究

Abstract:
针对如何在快递行业实现低碳运作目标,在分析国内外快递物流运作及其网络优化研究的基础上,通过分析快递行业物流网络的拓扑网络的基本特点,对比分析各种不同模式的干线运输方式的优缺点,构建基于低碳经济视角的多模式快递物流网络优化决策模型,该优化模型考虑了运输成本、换装成本及其物流运作过程中CO2排放外部成本;同时也考虑服务时间窗和物流运作能力等约束。针对该优化模型的特点,设计基于遗传算法的求解算法;通过一个简单的算例以验证上述优化模型和求解算法的有效性。
How to achieve low-carbon operation in the express industry is an important issue requiring investigation. Based on the analysis of the domestic and international express logistics operation and its network optimization research, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the different transport modes by excavating the basic topology characteristics of express logistics network. The decision-making model for the optimization of the multi-modal express logistics network was then constructed from the perspective of low carbon economy. The optimization model considered external costs of CO2 emissions and limit logistics operation capacity in the logistics operation process. In view of the characteristics of the model, a solving algorithm was designed based on the genetic algorithm, and a simple example was given to validate the constructed model and the designed algorithm
