富水隧道基于温度比拟法的合理注浆参数研究

Abstract:

以南大梁(南充-大竹-梁平)高速华蓥山隧道为工程背景,针对其在断层富水区段使用的“以堵为主,限量排放”的防排水原则,采用温度比拟法对不同注浆参数下衬砌的外水压力、内力、安全系数以及隧道排水量进行研究。研究结果表明:注浆圈在一定施作范围内可有效降低隧道洞内排水量、衬砌结构外水压及其内力,从而增大衬砌结构安全系数,提高其安全储备能力,但总体而言,注浆参数存在一个相对经济合理的范围。据此,以隧道设计排水量和二次衬砌结构安全性为评判标准,结合隧区生态环境等要求,提出华蓥山隧道注浆参数的设计建议值。
This paper is based on huayingshan tunnel in Nandaliang highway, which connects Nanchong and Dazhu and Liangping. In view of the controlled drainage system in water-enriched fault region, temperature analogy method was adopted to discuss discharge, internal force and safety factor of tunnel lining under different grouting parameters. The results show that grouting circle can reduce discharge and internal force effectively, at the same time increase safety factor of lining. However, there exists a reasonable and economic range of grouting parameters. Taking designed discharge and structure safety as judgment criterion, reasonable grouting parameter for recommendation of Huayingshan tunnel through proposed on the basis of the field data
