Abstract:

通过对铁路货运安全影响因素进行具体分析,根据各影响因素建立铁路货运安全评价体系,建立一级指标和二级指标。利用动态模糊理论建立评价模型,根据各指标的等级得分及指标权重,分别计算各级指标的动态模糊值,且直观的反映出各级影响指标的安全性等级其变化趋势。使得铁路货运企业有针对性的采取相应的改进措施,对进一步提高货物安全运输有一定的指导意义。
Railway freight transportation safety factors were evaluated, and the first level indicators and the second level indicators were established according to railway freight transportation safety evaluation system. The evaluation model was built by using the dynamic fuzzy theory. The grade score and index weight of each index were obtained to calculate the dynamic fuzzy values of all levels of indicators. Meanwhile, the level of safety of the indicators was directly reflected with its change. The findings can be used to improve the railway freight transportation safety by taking corresponding countermeasures
