Abstract:

城际铁路服务的客流既具有干线铁路(主要为指定席)又具有城市轨道交通(主要为自由席)客流的特点,决定了其座席模式确定的复杂性,不同座席模式对正常及晚点情景下的客流组织影响不同。结合城际旅客乘车选择行为以及国内外座席控制规则,设置全列指定席、“自由席+指定席”和全列自由席3种座席模式,建立适应不同座席模式的列车晚点-客流分布仿真模型。利用该模型对比分析不同座席模式的旅客延误、旅客滞留情况,定量评价座席模式对旅客延误的影响。案例结果表明:相比全列指定席模式,“自由席+指定席”、全列自由席模式的旅客总延误分别下降15.05%和30.82%,因此建议案例城际铁路应设置一定数量的自由席,减少列车晚点时的旅客延误。
Making a selection from the multiple seat modes is complex, which will lead to different influence on the passenger flow organization under normal or delay situation, since intercity railway shares the same characteristics with both trunk railway and urban rail transportation. Based on the analysis of intercity passengers’ travel strategy and the reference to seat management rules, the paper presents three kinds of seat modes varied from different distributions of reserved seats and unreserved seats. Then a train delay and passenger flow distribution simulation model adapted to different seat modes is established. The model was tested on a simplified real-world case to evaluate the passenger delay and passenger stranding in various seat modes. The computational results show that compared with reserved seat mode, the total passenger delay can be reduced by 15.05% and 30.82% respectively in “unreserved seat + reserved seat” mode and unreserved seat mode. Thus it was suggested that a certain amount of unreserved seats should be placed on the intercity trains to minimize the passenger delay
