The cost of supply chain logistics supervision system was discussed based on the research of logistics system planning theory, and the time window satisfaction function was introduced. The author established a model about warehouse location of supply chain financial pledge considering maximuming the supply chain financial customer''''s time satisfaction and minimizing the total cost of logistics supervision system. The example was studied, and a feasible solution was obtained by using the lingo software. The model was proved to be practical
