一种标准化的复合绝缘子憎水性检测系统研究

Abstract:
针对现有复合绝缘子憎水性离线检测设备检测时,绝缘子大多暴露在外部环境中,检测结果准确性较差的缺陷,设计一种标准化的检测装置。其机械装置形成一个封闭的检测环境,通过照明系统提供了一致的光照条件,喷水系统保证绝缘子表面水珠分布的均匀性,从而为复合绝缘子憎水性检测提供了恒定的条件。由于复合绝缘子顶层的憎水性最差,故内置摄像头仅提取顶层的水迹图像,供上位机进行憎水性等级判断。进而以改进的形状因子法为基础,提出新的憎水性检测算法,有效地提高了图像的对比度,更有效地去除水珠。试验结果表明,所设计检测系统在精度和准确性方面均有提高。
A kind of standardized detection device is designed for the defects which the detection result is poor and that is because insulators are exposed to external environment when the existing composite insulator hydrophobic off-line detection equipment works. The mechanical device forms a closed detection environment and it provides the same lighting conditions for different insulators through lighting system. In addition,the sprinkler system ensures uniformity of the distribution of the water droplets on the insulator surface, so that the mechanical device provides the same condition for hydrophobic detection of the composite insulators. Hydrophobic property about top layer of composite insulator is the worst, so the built-in camera of detection device only extract the image of watermark of top layer for the host computer to determine the degree of hydrophobic property. Based on the improved method of shape factor, new processing methods of image are proposed and these methods effectively improve the contrast of the image, and more effectively remove the watermarks.
