多团队成员身份研究述评

Abstract:
摘要 员工同时参与多个团队的现象,改变了传统的基于单一团队成员身份的团队研究假设,也丰富了团队研究的理论情境。在梳理现有文献研究的基础上,分析了多团队成员身份的普遍性、复杂性和适用性,澄清了多团队成员身份的内涵;从个体和团队两个层面回顾了多团队成员身份的直接研究,并结合多团队成员身份的特征对相关间接研究进行了回顾和对比分析,构建了研究框架。此外,对多团队成员身份的研究现状进行总结,对未来研究的发展趋势进行了展望。
The widely used multiple team membership (MTM) would take partial place of single team membership which is the premise of mainstream team researches, and extend the scenario of team research. MTM is universal, complicated, conditional applied, and is different from other concepts. This paper reviewed the direct studies at both individual and team level, and analyzed the indirect studies from different perspectives including multitask, multiple identities and team boundary spanning. An integrated model was proposed and some suggestions were given
