国际研发合作的地域广度、资源禀赋与技术创新绩效的关系研究
A Study on the Relationship between Geographic Scope of International R&D Cooperation, Resource Endowments, and Technological Innovation Performance

摘要 基于开放式创新理论，将组织边界跨越与地域边界跨越相结合，探讨企业国际研发合作的地域广度、资源禀赋与技术创新绩效三者之间的关系。以中国电子设备制造企业为研究对象进行实证分析，研究发现，企业国际研发合作的地域广度与技术创新绩效之间存在倒U型关系；企业的资金资源和技术资源会正向调节国际研发合作的地域广度与技术创新绩效之间的关系。
Relying on open innovation as the theoretical foundation, this study integrates organizational boundary-spanning and geographic boundary-spanning, and explores the relationship among geographic scope of international R&D cooperation, resource endowments, and technological innovation performance. The sample was collected from Chinese electronics equipment manufactures. Empirical results show that (1) there is an inverted-U shape relationship between geographic scope of international R&D cooperation and technological innovation performance; and (2) financial resources and technological stock positively moderate the relationship between geographic scope and innovation performance
