国际化与本土化的互动交融——第6届“中国 实践 管理”论坛述评
Interaction between Internationalization and Localization ——Review of the Sixth Forum of China?Practice?Management

摘要 第6届“中国?实践?管理”论坛以“国际化视野下的中国管理研究与实践”为主题，将全球管理理论与管理实践发展嵌入中国管理研究与实践的相关问题中展开理论探讨和实践探索。结合近年管理理论研究与管理实践进展，就大会主题报告、青年论坛、分论坛讨论的相关内容，从“国际化背景下的中国管理、本土管理的国际化视域、中国管理的国际化发展”3个维度展开述评。
The topic of the sixth forum of “Chinese, Practice and Management” is “Chinese Management Research and Practice from International Perspective”. Through embedding the development of global management theory and practice into the related issues of Chinese management research and practice, the scholars attending made theoretical discussions and practical explorations. Combining the research progress in management with management practice, the scholars made reviews from three different dimensions: “China Management in the Context of Internationalization, Chinese Domestic Management under the International Perspective and the International Development of Chinese Management”, by plenary lectures, youth forums, sub-forums, and conference paper presentations
