Abstract:

摘要 针对大规模地震灾害中，多供给点、多需求点的首批应急物资分配问题，在考虑受灾地区灾民非理性攀比心理的基础上，建立应急物资优化分配模型，尽可能地保证应急物资分配的效果。利用模拟植物生长算法对模型进行求解，并通过算例证明了模型和算法的有效性
