资源型产业链知识创造影响因素研究——基于贵州中部磷化工产业链的分析
Research on the Influencing Factors of Knowledge Creation of Resourced-Based Industry Chain(RIC) ——Taking the Phosphorus Chemical Industry Chain in the Middle of Gui Zhou as an Example

摘要 构建了知识传输、知识吸收、知识共享与知识创造之间的理论模型，并以贵州中部磷化工产业链为研究对象，通过实证研究证明资源型产业链上企业之间的知识传输对产业链知识创造有正向的影响，企业之间的知识吸收对产业链知识创造有正向的影响，企业之间的知识共享对产业链知识创造有正向的影响。这为认识和促进资源型产业链知识创造提供了理论框架和实践经验。
This study proposed the theoretical model of knowledge transfer, knowledge assimilation, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. Taking the Phosphorus Chemical Industry Chain in the middle of Gui Zhou as an example, it was justified that knowledge transfer between factories in RIC has positive effect to knowledge creation, knowledge assimilation between factories in RIC has positive effect to knowledge creation, knowledge sharing between factories in RIC has positive effect to knowledge creation. The theoretical model and its empirical research provides theoretical frame and practical experience for understanding and advancing knowledge creation of RIC
