Abstract:

摘要 以嵌入在产学研合作网络的学研机构科研团队为研究对象，探讨其学术绩效与产学研合作网络之间的影响机理，发现产学研合作网络对学术绩效存在两条影响路径：①产学研合作网络通过非线性（倒U型）方式作用于探索性学习，然后探索性学习再以线性（正向）方式作用于学术绩效；②产学研合作网络通过线性（正向）方式作用于开发性学习，然后开发性学习再以非线性（倒U型）方式作用于学术绩效
