软骨干细胞的研究进展

Abstract:
摘要 软骨组织长期以来被认为缺乏自我修复能力,软骨细胞被认为是其中唯一存在的细胞。软骨损伤后易长期疼痛和功能障碍,而现有的治疗手段很难起到满意的治疗效果,严重影响了患者的生活质量。近年来,随着组织工程技术、分子生物学技术及干细胞治疗技术的发展,在软骨组织的研究中取得了突破性进展,为软骨损伤的治疗提供了新的方案。本文就软骨干细胞的研究进展进行综述。目前关于软骨组织来源的干细胞的命名尚有争议,本文统一采用软骨干细胞(chondrogenic progenitor cells,CPCs)进行描述
