武汉市12岁及15岁青少年牙齿磨耗状况及相关危险因素

Abstract:
摘要 目的:了解湖北省武汉市12岁和15岁青少年牙齿磨耗状况并评价其相关危险因素。方法:采用横断面研究方法。使用改良BEWE指数对720名青少年每颗牙颊面、颊颈部、牙合面/切端和腭面进行评估。通过问卷收集青少年的社会-行为危险因素。结果:12岁和15岁青少年牙齿磨耗患病率分别为18.6%和89.4%。牙本质暴露率分别为1.94%和5.56%。运动后立即喝饮料、胃返酸等和牙齿磨耗有关系。结论:牙齿磨耗随着年龄增长,并与社会-行为因素有关。在武汉市青少年人群中牙齿磨耗是一个重要问题,需要更多关注
