尿源性干细胞及其在口腔医学组织工程中的应用前景

Abstract:
摘要 尿源性干细胞(Urine-derived stem cells,USCs)是存在于尿液中,具有高度增殖性、自我更新能力、多向分化潜能及旁分泌特性的一种成体干细胞。作为一种新型的细胞来源,USCs储备丰富,取材容易,具有极佳的可行性和安全性。USCs利用其多向分化潜能和旁分泌特性参与组织再生的研究,已在临床前动物模型中取得一定成果。其研究成果均展示了USCs在口腔组织工程中的应用潜能。本文就其应用前景作一综述
