烧结次数对不同方法染色的氧化锆陶瓷粘接性能的影响

Abstract:
摘要 目的:探讨烧结次数对不同方法染色的氧化锆陶瓷粘接性能的影响。方法:制作225个片状氧化锆陶瓷试样(10 mm×10 mm×1.5 mm),分为3组(n=75):浸泡染色组(A2色)、预成染色组(A2色)及对照组(白色)。每组随机分为5个亚组,分别烧结2、3、4、5、6次。将试样与自粘接树脂水门汀(Speed CEM)对位粘接,粘接面为直径1mm的圆形。试样经冷热循环2 000次后,扫描电镜和能谱仪进行氧化锆陶瓷表面形貌、成分分析,使用万能试验机检测粘接面微剪切粘接强度,体式显微镜观察树脂水门汀断裂模式。结果:随着烧结次数的增加,氧化锆陶瓷的微剪切粘接强度增加。经过6次烧结后,氧化锆陶瓷的微剪切粘接强度最高。浸泡染色组的氧化锆陶瓷微剪切粘接强度最高,且显著高于对照组。结论:浸泡染色的氧化锆陶瓷可获得较好的与树脂水门汀的粘接效果,烧结次数对氧化锆陶瓷的粘接性能有显著影响
