Abstract:

摘要 目的: 利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法分析不同种植牙冠牙合面开孔直径下,粘接剂的内部充盈及外部溢出情况,旨在为粘接固位式种植义齿提供合理的开孔方案。方法: 应用ICEM 17.0软件建立牙合面不开孔(NH)及开孔直径分别为1~3 mm(OH1~OH3)共4组实验模型,利用Fluent 17.0软件中流体体积(VOF)模型对空气、粘接剂两相流进行模拟,并输出结果云图。结果: NH组中粘接剂内部充盈不全并伴有大量颈部溢出,OH组中粘接剂均可保证良好的充盈效果,且颈部溢出量明显减少。但OH1~OH3亚组之间粘接剂流动状态未见明显差异。结论: 牙合面开孔可以明显改善粘接剂的运动状态,实现良好的内部充盈并减少颈部溢出。增大开孔直径后粘接剂流动状态未见明显改变,故临床中建议采用使用1 mm的开孔直径,从而更大限度的保持牙冠完整性
