全麻下全口牙病治疗对残障儿童生活质量的影响

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 观察分析全身麻醉下全口牙病治疗对残障儿童生活质量的影响。方法: 收集全麻下口腔治疗的残障儿童48例,由主要看护人在全麻术前、术后的1个月及术后6个月分别填写儿童口腔健康影响量表-14(COHIP-14)和家庭影响量表-12(FIS-12),采用SAS 9.4软件进行统计学分析。结果: COHIP-14均值术前(35.7±7.3)、术后1个月(47.8±4.6)、术后6个月(48.3±3.9),术前与术后有明显差异(P<0.001);FIS-12均值术前(19.3±5.6)、术后1个月(10.5±2.9)、术后6个月(9.4±2.4),术前与术后有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论: 全麻下全口牙病治疗可显著提高残障儿童及其家庭的相关生活质量
