机用镍钛器械用于乳磨牙根管治疗临床效果评价

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 探讨机用镍钛器械与手用不锈钢器械用于乳磨牙根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法: 选择2016年1月~2018年1月于沈阳市儿童医院口腔科行下颌第二乳磨牙根管治疗的患儿90例(90颗牙)为研究对象。应用两种器械进行根管预备,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各45颗,试验组采用ProTaper机用镍钛器械,对照组采用手用不锈钢K锉。比较两种器械根管预备的时间,根充质量及预备后疼痛等临床疗效。结果: 试验组根管预备时间明显短于对照组;根管恰填率高于对照组;根管预备后疼痛发生率明显低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 在乳磨牙根管治疗中应用ProTaper机用镍钛器械缩短了治疗时间,提高了根充质量,缓解了预备后疼痛的发生,临床值得推荐应用
