前牙覆盖覆牙合对下唇软组织形态的影响

Abstract:
摘要 目的:通过对比不同的覆盖覆牙合条件下下唇形态的差异,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取前牙正常覆盖覆牙合为对照组25例,深覆盖正常覆牙合,正常覆盖深覆牙合,深覆盖深覆牙合3组为实验组,各25例。应用invivo 5.4三维测量软件对5项下唇软组织测量项目进行测量分析。结果:与对照组相比,3组实验组中除深覆盖正常覆牙合组的Stmi-Me'外其测量项目均有统计学差异;3组实验组两两比较,深覆盖正常覆牙合组与正常覆盖深覆牙合组的Li-L1、B'Li-FH 及LiB'Pg'有统计学差异,深覆盖正常覆牙合组与深覆盖深覆牙合组的Li-L1、B'Li-FH 、Stmi-Me'及LiB'Pg'有统计学差异。结论:覆盖覆牙合均对下唇形态有影响,覆牙合对下唇的影响相对更大
