Abstract:

摘要 目的: 研究大鼠在正畸力作用下压力侧wnt10b、RANKL 在牙周组织中的表达变化。方法: 将42只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为7组,即0 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、5 d、7 d、14 d组,使用镍钛拉簧对第一磨牙向近中施加50 g正畸力,以0 h为对照组,每组处死6只。应用实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)对wnt10b、RANKL的mRNA表达进行检测。结果: Real-time PCR结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组压力侧牙周组织中Wnt10b、RANKL mRNA均有表达,其中wnt10b于加力初期表达受抑制,随后升高,于5 d达高峰随后下降,14 d恢复至正常水平。RANKL表达随加力时间延长而逐渐升高,7 d达到高峰,随后下降。结论: Wnt10b、RANKL参与正畸加力作用下的牙周组织改建
