后方牙合诱导在治疗骨性Ⅱ类下颌后缩畸形中的应用

Abstract:
摘要 目的:介绍并评价利用后方牙合诱导治疗骨性II类下颌后缩畸形的方法。方法:16例骨性II类下颌后缩畸形患者,年龄16~30岁。治疗前SNA基本正常,SNB≤75°,ANB≥5°,磨牙关系为双侧远中关系。常规排齐整平及适当扩弓后利用多曲唇弓暂时消除磨牙区咬牙合干扰,并通过升高下颌双尖牙,远中倾斜上颌后牙段,使双尖牙区形成暂时的早接触,进而建立双尖牙区的后方牙合诱导,利用后方牙合诱导引导后缩的下颌骨适当向前建立咬牙合,并纠正磨牙的远中关系。 结果:所有患者磨牙关系均调整到中性,侧貌改善明显,SNB平均增大1.58°,下颌前牙略有唇倾,但无统计学意义。结论:利用后方牙合诱导可适度纠正骨性II类下颌后缩畸形
