根管充填质量的临床评价

Abstract:
摘要 目的:根据数字化X线片图像,分析根管治疗规范化操作培训前后根管充填质量的变化。方法:收集我科4名从事牙体牙髓病学的临床医师在2009年9月~2010年9月和2010年11月~2011年11月完成的根管治疗病例,采用分层随机抽样方法进行抽样,对两组根管充填质量进行比较分析。结果:A组(规范化操作组)总体患牙和根管适充率分别为64.9%和72.6%,明显高于B组(习惯性操作组)的45.1%和54.3%,两者之间具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。A组患牙和根管适充率在不同牙位均显著高于B组(P<0.05)。B组不同牙位出现台阶形成的总体比例为20.7%,A组下降为14.2%,两者差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:规范化操作可提高临床医生的根管治疗水平
