以修复为中心的简易种植模板的制作及应用

Abstract:
摘要 目的:介绍一种种植外科手术模板的制作方法,观察其在种植手术中的指导作用。方法:利用2.0 mm蜡线在研究模型上确定种植体的植入位置和方向,用自凝塑料填充缺牙区及邻牙区域以形成固位装置,待自凝塑料固化后,取下模板,用温水冲掉蜡线,即形成了带植入道的外科模板,用该模板对49例患者共72枚种植体的植入手术进行引导。结果:除1例上颌前磨牙病例因唇侧根方骨倒凹改变位置方向外,其余71枚种植体的位置、方向均达到了理想的效果,修复效果满意。结论:通过本研究实践证明,制作以修复为中心的简易种植模板配合三维影像检验,并在种植模板引导下行口腔牙种植手术,其术中确定种植的位点和方向准确并缩短了手术时间,实用性强,具有很好的应用前景
