牙丧失与食管癌的相关性:一项基于病例-对照研究的Meta分析

Abstract:
摘要 目的:采用Meta分析的方法讨论牙丧失与食管癌的相关性。方法:计算机检索PubMed与CNKI数据库自建库以来至2015年1月10日期间公开发表的探究牙丧失与食管癌性关系的病例-对照研究。由2位评价员按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料。Meta分析采用RevMan 5.3软件进行,并对研究的发表偏倚进行了检测。结果:最终纳入4篇符合要求的文献包含5项病例对照研究。Meta分析结果提示牙丧失使得罹患食管癌的风险性增加了1.44倍(OR=1.44,95%CI=1.23-1.68,P<0.001);亚组分析的结果同样证实了上结论,且未发现发表偏倚。结论:牙丧失可能是食管癌的是一个重要的相关危险因素。因此,牙丧失人群应高度警惕食管癌的相关症状
