舍格伦综合征患者唇腺中CCL28的表达和分布研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的:研究舍格伦综合征患者唇腺中粘膜相关上皮趋化因子CCL28的表达和分布情况。方法:收集35名患者的唇腺组织分别进行半定量RT-PCR及免疫组化。结果:患者的唇腺组织中表达CCL28 mRNA,但表达量较健康组织少。未被破坏的腺上皮细胞、导管上皮细胞及腺管内黏液可见棕色染色。结论:舍格伦综合征患者唇腺中 仍有CCL28的表达及分泌,为我们日后探寻该类患者的龋病及口腔感染的预防奠定了基础
