颧骨缝牵张成骨的定量研究

Abstract:

摘要 目的:研究缝牵张成骨过程中ALP、BGP 、Ca含量变化与新骨形成的关系。方法:牵张成骨后的标本经过匀浆、离心,进行对硝基苯磷酸盐法测量新形成骨中碱性磷酸酶活性水平,利用骨钙素放射免疫试剂盒测定骨钙素含量,用原子吸收分光光度计测定钙含量。结果:骨中碱性磷酸酶在牵张成骨后1周明显升高,3周达到峰值(3.42±0.35) U/g,5周有所下降,8周时接近对照组水平;骨钙素的水平在牵张成骨后有所增加,3周明显上升,牵张成骨后5周达到峰值(74.86±2.71) ng/g,8周下降接近对照组水平;实验组钙含量明显低于对照组,随牵张成骨进行,钙含量逐渐升高,与对照组比较具有明显统计学意义,牵张成骨后5周,实验组钙含量明显增高,8周时钙含量(46.56±2.20) mg/g接近对照组水平。结论:牵张成骨时大量骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素先后形成,牵张区钙化迅速,促进新骨质形成
