Er:YAG激光照射对1步法粘接系统在颈部牙本质的长期粘接效果影响

Abstract:
摘要 目的:用微剪切实验测评Er:YAG激光照射对1步法自酸蚀粘接系统在颈部牙本质的长期粘接效果的影响。方法:30颗离体磨牙切割获60片颈部牙本质切片,随机分为对照组(#600沙砾磨砂纸打磨)和激光组(Er:YAG激光照射)。每切片粘接8个树脂柱(Tri-S Bond),24 h、7 d、6月、1年后测微剪切粘接强度,one-way ANOVA和t-test统计分析结果(P=0.05)。走查扫描电镜观察粘接破折面。结果:Er:YAG激光照射牙本质表面呈鳞片状,激光组在6个月和1年后的粘接强度显著下降,低于该组24 h和7 d后,也低于对照组的结果。结论:Er:YAG激光照射影响了Tri-S Bond在颈部牙本质的长期粘接强度
