CEREC全瓷嵌体单面与多面修复随访8年的生存状况的Meta分析

Abstract:
摘要 目的:探讨CEREC全瓷嵌体在后牙缺损中单面与多面修复随访8年的生存情况。方法:检索Cochrane图书馆,Pubmed,Embase,CBM,中国知网,维普,万方等中英文数据库,截止至2013年12月31日所有文献。纳入后牙牙体缺损患者,实验组为CEREC全瓷嵌体单面修复,对照组为多面修复。研究类型为随机对照试验或同期非随机对照试验。采用Cochrane手册中偏倚风险评价方法进行方法学质量评价,使用GRADE系统评估证据质量等级。结果:3个随访研究纳入分析。共计3538个CEREC全瓷嵌体。结果:CEREC全瓷嵌体生存率二面高于一面(8年)(HR=6.32, 95%CI :1.72~23.20,P=0.005);三面高于一面(8年)(HR=5.87, 95%CI:1.84~18.71,P=0.003),一面与≥四面类似(HR=1.92, 95%CI :0.42~8.79,P=0.4)。GRADE系统评价结果显示2个结局证据水平为低级(一面 vs.二面;一面vs.三面)。1个结局证据水平为极低级(CEREC全瓷嵌体一面vs. ≥四面)。结论:在随访8年的观察中,当前证据表明CEREC全瓷嵌体生存风险并不完全随修复涉及面数增加而增加
