Abstract:

摘要 目的:研究柠檬精油(LEO)对牙周病主要致病菌黏附作用的影响,探讨其用于预防和治疗牙周病的可行性。方法:光滑聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:将菌液与实验分组中各组药液混合培养于96孔板48h,检测各孔内细菌附着情况;蛋白包被聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:将菌液与实验分组中各组药液混合培养于形成蛋白包被表面的96孔板48h,检测各孔内细菌附着情况。结果:光滑聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:Aa、Pi中LEO组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,Pg、Fn中LEO组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蛋白包被聚苯乙烯表面黏附的影响:Aa、Pg、Pi、Fn中LEO组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LEO能抑制Aa、Pg、Pi、Fn在蛋白包被表面的黏附,对Pg、Fn在光滑聚苯乙烯表面的黏附也有抑制作用。结论:LEO能抑制病原菌对牙面的黏附,阻断牙菌斑的形成,具有预防牙周病的作用
