掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石对纯钛全冠边缘微渗漏的影响

Abstract:

摘要 目的:观察在离体牙表面涂覆新型掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石后的牙本质表面接触角变化,并研究其对纯钛全冠边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:分别在离体磨牙牙本质表面涂覆掺钾纳米羟基磷灰石(K-nHA)、纳米羟基磷灰石(nHA)、Gluma脱敏剂后观察接触角的变化;采用银染法检测K-nHA、nHA、Gluma脱敏剂对用聚羧酸锌水门汀(ZPCC)粘接后纯钛冠边缘微渗漏的影响;结果用SPSS17.0软件分析。结果:K-nHA接触角值与其余3组对照相比均有降低,且相互间都具有统计学差异。K-nHA降低了ZPCC粘接的纯钛冠的边缘微渗漏值(0.839±0.08)mm,与空白组(0.966±0.09)mm有统计学差异。nHA组的微渗漏值(0.920±0.11)mm降低,Gluma脱敏剂组的微渗漏值(0.977±0.09)mm增加,两组均与空白组无统计学差异。K-nHA组的微渗漏值比nHA组低,但二者无统计学差异。结论:K-nHA在牙本质表面的接触角最小,是一种具有良好亲水性的材料;K-nHA具有较好的封闭效果,能显著减少微渗漏的产生
