腭大神经血管沟及腭穹隆形态间解剖关系的CBCT研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的:研究汉族青年人群腭大神经血管沟及腭穹窿形态的解剖结构,并探讨其相互关系,为相关口腔治疗提供理论依据。方法:采用CBCT检测214名汉族青年受试者双侧上颌磨牙区腭大神经血管沟的形态、相对位置和表面黏膜厚度,并讨论不同腭穹窿形态对腭大神经血管沟解剖位置的影响。结果:98.0%的男性和98.2%的女性受试者上颌磨牙区腭侧存在至少一条腭大神经血管沟,可根据形态分为凹陷型、带嵴深沟型、双沟型及管状型。男性受试者腭大神经血管沟至对应牙位釉牙骨质界的距离以及第二磨牙处腭大神经血管沟表面黏膜厚度大于女性(P<0.05);腭高耸组腭大神经血管沟至对应磨牙釉牙骨质界的距离大于腭低平组(P<0.05)。结论:汉族青年人群腭大神经血管沟的形态不一,以凹陷型和带嵴深沟型为主,其位置与患者性别和腭穹隆形态有关。CBCT评估可高效准确的定位腭大神经血管沟,辅助制定治疗方案并减少术后并发症
