影响角化龈再生的若干因素

Abstract:
摘要 种植义齿周围充足的角化牙龈与种植体周围软硬组织的长期稳定有着密切的关系,充足的角化牙龈不仅可以恢复原有的软组织解剖形态,同时也为种植义齿的红白美学打下了坚实的基础。角化牙龈由表面高度角化的复层鳞状上皮组成,这种结构相比于无角化上皮,有较好的机械强度,在外界的刺激下可以更好地保持其上皮袖口相对稳定的形态,形成了口腔内第一道软组织屏障。关于缺牙区角化龈消失或不足的病因及发病的机制,目前鲜见文献报道,为了掌握种植体周围角化龈增量的有效方法,本文讨论了影响角化龈宽度的若干重要因素
