基质金属蛋白酶2在中国人口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达的Meta分析
|
Abstract:
摘要 目的:建立基质金属蛋白酶2(Matrix Metallo Proteinase 2,MMP2)在中国人口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinoma, OSCC)中表达的相关性。方法:查找中国学术期刊网络出版总库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库和重庆维普中文科技期刊全文数据库等网上的在线数据库,获取1990年1月~2014年10月国内专业期刊杂志发表的相关原始文献进行Meta分析。结果:达到Meta分析要求的研究总计15个,OSCC组685例,正常口腔黏膜(Normal Oral Mucous, NOM)组275例,Meta分析结果表明MMP2在OSCC组中的表达大于NOM组,呈显著性(OR值等于13.26,95%CI范围为9.02~19.50,P值小于0.05)。结论:根据现有的MMP2和OSCC相关研究的Meta分析结果,MMP2高表达是OSCC的侵袭转移的关键因子
