Abstract:

摘要 理想的上皮组织——种植体屏障能够阻挡口腔内细菌及产物侵入内环境,防止种植体周围炎的发生,从而保持种植体长期稳定。近年来关于种植体表面影响上皮细胞的生物学行为的研究不断增加,这些研究对指导种植体穿龈部表面的设计,进而提高种植修复的成功率具有指导性意义。本文就有关牙龈上皮细胞与种植体表面的结合机制及影响上皮组织附着因素的进展进行了综述
