3D打印预制赝复体即刻修复上颌骨前部缺损

Abstract:
摘要 目的:探讨3D打印技术预制赝复体即刻修复的上颌骨前部缺损的应用价值。方法:选择上颌骨前部缺损病例3例。利用3D打印技术获得颌面部缺损模型,设计并个性化预制赝复体,以实现即刻修复。结果:3例患者即刻赝复体修复后,面型恢复良好,语音清晰。所有患者对修复效果表示满意。结论:3D打印技术实现了赝复体个性化的、体外的精确预制,早期恢复了患者面型及部分生理功能,赝复体的即刻修复对于上颌骨前部骨缺损的修复有一定的临床应用价值
