封闭注射治疗翼外肌痉挛的疗效观察

Abstract:
摘要 目的:评价利多卡因、弥可保、得宝松以1∶1∶1混匀封闭注射治疗翼外肌痉挛的疗效。方法:收集翼外肌痉挛患者28例,并对其进行3次为一疗程的封闭治疗。分析治疗1个疗程前后患者的临床特征、疼痛VAS评分、下颌功能运动、Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数的变化。结果:第3次注射结束后与治疗前相比,翼外肌痉挛患者的疼痛VAS评分降低(P<0.05),张口度增加(P<0.05),侧方及前伸边缘运动增大(P<0.05)、Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数均减小(P<0.05)。结论:封闭注射治疗翼外肌痉挛有效
