血清玻连蛋白在口腔鳞癌中表达及临床意义研究

Abstract:
摘要 目的:观测口腔鳞状上皮细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)患者血清玻连蛋白(vitronectin,VTN)的表达情况,探讨其临床意义并分析其与口腔鳞状上皮癌分化程度及颈淋巴结转移之间的相关性。方法:应用蛋白印迹法检测2016年8月~2017年5月本院口腔颌面外科无淋巴结转移的口腔鳞癌患者26人,有淋巴结转移者18人,口腔黏膜中重度不典型增生患者8人,健康人群20人血清VTN表达情况,通过方差分析及LSD法检验各组血清中VTN的表达差异。结果:正常对照组VTN A值为(36849.10±1127.37),高于无淋巴结转移者(22518.12±1301.25),高于有淋巴结转移者(9459.28±629.58)(P<0.001),3组间差异均具有统计学意义;口腔黏膜中重度不典型增生患者VTN A值为(36725.50±1484.41)与对照组差异无统计学意义。另检测无淋巴结转移OSCC患者癌细胞分化程度不同的血清VTN表达情况:高分化鳞癌患者血清VTN A值为(59009.13±145.75),高于中分化者(39468.82±1135.61),高于低分化者(22437.00±1286.38)(P<0.001),3组间差异也均具有统计学意义。结论:血清玻连蛋白(VTN)与口腔鳞状上皮癌(OSCC)的发生、进展和淋巴结转移可能相关,测定血清VTN的表达水平可能对口腔鳞状上皮癌(OSCC)的诊断和疾病进展具有重要的参考价值
