Abstract:

摘要 随着牵张成骨术适应症的不断扩大,牵张成骨被认为是治疗先天或后天性颌面部缺损的有效手段。由于颞下颌关节与牵引的下颌骨段是一个整体,在牵张成骨过程中,持续的牵引力会传递到颞下颌关节,对其产生不同的影响,然而在不同部位牵张成骨时,髁突所受应力大小和方向却并不尽相同,因此本文将对不同部位牵张成骨对颞下颌关节的影响进行综述
