改良不翻瓣微创种植术的临床应用观察

Abstract:
摘要 目的:比较改良不翻瓣与环切不翻瓣微创种植术在牙种植中的临床效果,为临床医生提供一种更加简便、安全、有效的技术方法。方法:选择后牙区单颗牙缺失患者共60例,将患者随机分为30例为改良不翻瓣组和30例为环切不翻瓣组。比较两组手术时间、术后24 h疼痛程度、术后72 h术区的肿胀程度、术后3个月修复时及修复6个月后种植体边缘骨吸收程度。结果:与环切不翻瓣组相比,改良不翻瓣组的手术时间明显缩短、术后24 h疼痛程度及术后72 h肿胀程度明显减轻,这3个方面均具有统计学意义。结论:改良不翻瓣微创种植术可有效缩短患者手术时间、减轻术后疼痛及肿胀程度,且可以达到稳定的骨结合,是一种值得推荐的手术好方法
