Abstract:

摘要 目的:观察在半导体激光美白程序使用连续频率和间断频率照射大鼠磨牙,观察不同时段牙髓组织中的降钙素相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)和5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)表达的变化,为半导体美白时的牙髓保护提供技术参考。方法: 3月龄SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组(A组)、半导体激光美白连续频率组(B组)、半导体激光美白间断频率组(C组);B组选择半导体激光美白中的7 W、20 Hz、15 s连续频率照射大鼠上颌第一、二磨牙,术后即刻(B0组)、1 d(B1组)、3 d(B3组)、7 d(B7组)处死大鼠;C组选择半导体激光美白中的7 W、20 Hz、30 s、1/2间断频率照射大鼠上颌第一、二磨牙,术后即刻(C0组)、1 d(C1组)、3 d(C3组)、7 d(C7组)处死大鼠;取大鼠上颌第一、二磨牙制作组织切片,免疫组织化学法检测牙髓组织中CGRP、5-HT的变化。结果:牙髓组织中CGRP、5-HT的表达在B、C各组均高于A组;从术后即刻开始升高,3 d达最高,然后开始降低;相同时段比较B组高于C组。结论:连续频率和间断频率半导体激光美白时,有效时间相同连续频率的刺激性显著高于间断频率,间断频率为首选;同时,激光照射即刻到3 d牙髓组织中疼痛递质表达不断升高,应加强牙髓的保护,减少牙髓的刺激因素
