EGFR、MTDH、ERCC1在口腔特殊亚型的鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

Abstract:
摘要 目的:探讨EGFR、MTDH、ERCC1在口腔特殊亚型的鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)中的表达意义,为其治疗提供依据。方法:运用免疫组化二步法检测口腔特殊亚型鳞状细胞癌的EGFR、MTDH、ERCC1的表达情况。结果:口腔腺鳞癌比基底样鳞癌、乳头状鳞癌和梭形细胞癌中的EGFR表达高,后三者又比疣状癌的表达高(P<0.05);腺鳞癌比基底样鳞癌、乳头状鳞癌和疣状癌中的MTDH、ERCC1表达高,后三者又比梭形细胞癌的表达高(P<0.05);腺鳞癌比基底样鳞癌的淋巴结转移率高,基底样鳞癌比乳头状鳞癌、梭形细胞癌和疣状癌的淋巴结转移率高(P<0.05)。结论:EGFR、MTDH和ERCC1的表达水平可以作为评估口腔特殊亚型鳞状细胞癌种类的重要生物学指标,为口腔特殊亚型鳞状细胞癌治疗提供基础与依据
